4 Days, 4 Outfits

I finally picked up my new camera on Wednesday (yay), so I was clearly ready to get snapping. My new baby is now with me wherever I go, including university, which is were I have been for most of the four days, so this post is dedicated to showing you what I’ve been wearing on campus and loving at the moment.  The weather this week was definitely feeling more like spring in comparison to the last couple of weeks and ‘The Beast from the East’, which caused me to be in pyjamas and ski coats for a good 80% of the time

I have a few favourite pieces from the week, the first being this oversized cardigan, it is just so beautiful for this time of year and the puffed sleeves of the cardigan are very on trend. I seem to have gathered a new obsession this week too, striped socks, or any jazzy socks in general really, they just add a whole new level to an outfit and make my normal all black or neutral outfits pop (I’m trying to limit the amount of black I wear at the concern that people think I’m a goth). Finally, BAKER BOY HATS, need I say more? I’ve owned this trend for a good few months and appreciated the masses of girls owning the trend on the streets. However, my previous baker boy was just to small for my big head, so shout out to Topshop for finally producing the baker boy that does not suck your skull and brain in. The hats just add such a cool yet chic vibe to any outfit.

So wearing this amazing, oversized cardigan seemed like a great idea walking to uni in the sun until I came back after dark and it was absolutely freezing, but I mean it went so well with the outfit so it’s all good. Cardigan-River Island, Metal top-Mango, Polo-neck-Topshop, My over-worn boyfriend jeans- Levi, belt-Vivienne Westwood, trainers-Gucci, bag-Zara, socks-Brandy Melville.

This outfit was chosen to go out for some food and some cocktails with the girls in the Northern Quarter. Faux fur jacket- New Look, bag-Zara, the same Levi jeans again (I’m sorry), socks- Jack Wills, (I knew that year 9 purchase of £10.00 socks would be a great buy), trainers-Gucci. Shout out to Blossoms for creating these cool posters to work as a great backdrop.

Leather jacket-Topshop Boutique, feather gilet-River Island, polo-neck and striped jumper-both Topshop, jeans- Levi, trainers-Adidas Stan Smiths.
I mean the sun was in my eyes so sunglasses in Afflecks goes, right? New Pieces here- Sunglasses- Vintage find, jeans- Zara (DO not recommend these beautiful jeans in the cold, the metal embellishments mean that you freeze to death).
How extra? I changed my sunglasses, just purchased from ‘Pop Boutique’ in Afflecks.
So this day I was home (this is today) and was going out for brunch as well as ‘running errands’ as one may say. Baker Boy- Topshop, bomber jacket/coat- Urban Outfitters, shoes-Vans, scarf and very jazzy, glitter socks-Urban Outfitters, bag- my beloved and definitely most used bag-Saint Laurent backpack.
